2. User-Provided Content for Personalisation
As a provider of personalised footwear accessories, we allow users to upload content for the purpose of item customisation.
Customer Warranty: By uploading any imagery or text, you affirm that you possess the necessary legal rights, title, and interest in said content. You represent that your submission does not infringe upon any third-party commercial trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary rights.
Prohibited Material: We strictly prohibit the use of unauthorised commercial logos, registered trademarks, or copyrighted artwork belonging to third parties.we do not accept designs containing logos of established footwear brands, sports teams, or luxury fashion houses unless accompanied by written authorisation.
We reserve the right to request proof of licensing or ownership before production commences.
3. Proactive Review & Compliance Mechanism
To maintain the integrity of our service and adhere to international legal standards, we implement a Mandatory Review Process:
Manual Inspection: Every order containing personalised elements is subject to a manual review by our compliance team.
Infringement Protocol: If a submission is identified as potentially infringing upon third-party intellectual property, the order will be declined. In such instances, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method and notify the customer via email.
Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to request proof of authorisation for any design and may refuse to process any order that does not meet our compliance criteria.
4. Notice and Takedown Procedure
If you are a rights holder and believe that any content produced through our service infringes upon your intellectual property, please submit a formal notification to our Legal Compliance Department at:oblique@woolinsole.com. Please include your contact details, a description of the copyrighted work, and evidence of ownership.
