Production Timeline: As each item is manufactured based on your individual requirements, 3 working days for production before dispatch.

Cancellations: Due to the highly customized and bespoke nature of our made-to-order footwear accessories, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the production phase.

Shipping: Delivery timelines for Europe and other regions are governed by our Shipping Policy. We recommend reviewing transit times before finalizing your purchase.
