2. Shipping Regions & Logistics
We exclusively serve the European region . To maintain service excellence, we partner with industry-leading carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
Dispatch Center: As a direct manufacturer, we maintain full custody of your order from raw material selection to final boxing.All orders are quality-checked and manufactured and dispatched directly from our proprietary Singapore facility located at:

Your tracking number will be synchronized with our system and emailed to you at the 4th business day (immediately following production).We maintain full transparency throughout the fulfillment process. All tracking numbers provided are verifiable on the official websites of DHL, FedEx, or UPS.Automated status updates will be sent to your registered email at the following milestones:
Shipment Dispatch: Once your parcel leaves our Singapore facility (including your Tracking Number).
Customs Clearance: Upon entry into the destination country’s borders.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP)

Reimbursement Guarantee: In the highly unlikely event that you are requested to pay any additional fees by local authorities, please contact us immediately at oblique@woolinsole.com with a copy of the receipt. We will reimburse these costs in full within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Integrity & Resolutions
While we strive for precision, logistics can occasionally be affected by external factors (e.g., extreme weather or local carrier delays).
Buffer Period: We implement a 7-business-day buffer beyond the estimated delivery timeframe for unforeseen logistical anomalies.
Loss Investigation: If your order has not arrived after this buffer period, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.
Resolution: If a parcel is confirmed as lost or stuck beyond recovery, we provide the customer with a choice between a full refund or a complimentary replacement.
