These Terms of Service govern the use of www.woolinsole.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of bespoke footwear accessories. The Site is operated by FOOT KAKI PTE. LTD. (the “Company”), a legal entity registered in Singapore (UEN: 201806632W). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- Bespoke Order Process & Cancellation
All orders are processed and manufactured exclusively at our proprietary facility in Singapore. We do not utilize third-party fulfillment services.Every item offered is created based on individual specifications.
Cancellation Period: We provide an unconditional cancellation window of 24 hours from the moment of order placement. Within this timeframe, you may request a full refund for any reason.
Production Timeline: Following the initial 24-hour window, your order enters our manufacturing phase, which typically requires 3 business days.
- Intellectual Property & Content Review
To maintain professional standards and legal compliance, we implement a proactive review mechanism for all personalised content:
User Affirmation: At the point of purchase, customers must confirm they possess the legal rights or permissions for any imagery or text uploaded.
Review Protocol: Every order undergoes a manual review within 2 business days.
Infringement Policy: We strictly prohibit the use of unauthorised commercial logos or copyrighted material. If a submission is identified as potentially infringing, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately via email notification. If no issues are found, the order proceeds to production.
- Shipping, Customs, and Delivery
We exclusively serve customers within the European region.
Transit Time: Once production is complete, delivery generally takes 7 to 10 business days.
Tracking: We provide automated updates to your registered email at key milestones: dispatch, arrival at European customs, and local delivery.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We manage all import formalities. The Company handles all relevant customs duties and taxes; therefore, customers will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery. A notification will be sent upon successful customs clearance.
Delays & Loss: In cases of unforeseen circumstances, a buffer of up to 7 business days may apply. If an order exceeds this timeframe, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we provide the option of a full refund or a replacement.
- Risk and Ownership
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with the Company until the moment the customer (or a nominated third party) takes physical possession of the items. - Returns and Quality Assurance
Bespoke Exclusion: Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day “right of withdrawal” does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items.
Quality Commitment: While we do not support returns for a change of mind, we provide a comprehensive quality commitment. If your item arrives with manufacturing defects, damage, or printing errors, please contact us at oblique@woolinsole.com with photographic evidence.
Resolution: Validated quality claims will be resolved through a full refund or a complimentary replacement without the need to return the original item.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of the Republic of Singapore.without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the European Union.
